By utilizing this dual beam approach, our spectrophotometers yield high performance (detection of the lowest amount of DNA, RNA, or protein possible). The AmpliQuant spectrophotometers are optimized to function with low volume sample devices designed and manufactured by AmpliQuant. By focusing on low measurement volume, our spectrophotometers yield highly reproducible measurements of DNA, RNA, and Protein while conserving expensive samples.
The spectrophotometers from AmpliQuant are specifically targeted for the quantification of DNA, RNA, and protein utilizing the latest in LED and photodiode detection technologies. Our spectrophotometers utilize a 260nm LED for the measurement of DNA and RNA via 260nm absorption and a 280nm LED for the 280nm absorption of proteins. By focusing on these applications, our spectrophotometer offer high performance at the highest value. Starting at under $2,900, our AQ-07 is the best value for the measurement of DNA, RNA, and proteins. For labs that want higher throughput, our AQ-08 offers 8 sample detection for under $5000. Either way, at a fraction of the price of other spectrophotometer devices, our AQ-07 and AQ-08 spectrophotometers deliver the highest price per performance value.
